Neptune-Calculus Income &Growth VCT22 March 2005 Further allotment of shares At a board meeting held on 22 March 2005 a further 752,982 ordinary shares of10p each ("the second allotment shares") in Neptune-Calculus Income and GrowthVCT plc ("the Company") were allotted pursuant to terms set out in theprospectus published by the Company on 8th December 2004 containing details ofthe Offer to Subscribe for up to 40,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("theOffer"). Application has been made for the second allotment shares, which rankpari passu in all respects with the existing shares, to be admitted to theOfficial List of the UK Listing Authority. Application has also been made to theLondon Stock Exchange plc for such ordinary shares to be admitted to trading onits market for listed securities. It is expected that listing and trading willbe effective from 8 am on 23rd March 2005. The total number of ordinary sharesallotted to date is 1,973,722 The Offer remains open for subscription for the 2004/2005-tax year until 3.00pmon Monday 4th April, 2005. The subscription list for the Company's ordinary shares, all of which are beingoffered to the public under the Offer will remain open until 3pm on Friday 17thJune, 2005 (or such other time as Neptune-Calculus Income and Growth VCT plc andits sponsor KBC Peel Hunt agree.
