Announcement

Nationwide has announced a one-off, discretionary payment of £50 to over 12 million Nationwide members, referred to as "The Big Nationwide Thank You". The distribution will be reflected in the Group financial statements for the period ending 31 March 2025 and amounts to over £600m of value returned, equivalent to a c. 55bps reduction from the Group CET1 ratio of 19.5%1 and c. 13bps reduction from the Group leverage ratio of 5.2%1.
