This is a corrective announcement necessitated by an administrative error, as a result of which the Company wishes to notify the following corrections to the notified Total Voting Rights contained within its recent 'Transaction in Own Shares' announcements, as follows:

As at the date of this announcement, the figure of 46,591,388 Shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
