Changes to share option plans
Northbridge Industrial Services Plc today announces two new share option plans. A new tax-favoured Schedule 4 CSOP share option plan and a new unapproved share option plan were approved by the Board of Directors on 3 May 2017. These plans replace the previous schemes which closed to new option awards in 2016.
As a result of the significant fall in the Company's share price over the last couple of years, the current share price is well below the exercise price of many of the outstanding awards made prior to 2016. The Remuneration Committee believe that this fall is due to adverse market conditions and has decided to extend the life of all options granted between 2006 and 2014 to give option holders more time to exercise their options.
It was agreed that the lives of the outstanding options granted would be extended as follows:

As the new schemes have now been set up and to avoid making changes to the previous schemes, all of the outstanding options granted under the previous schemes will be surrendered and replaced by options granted under the new schemes with same terms as the surrendered options.
Directors' options
The following options have been granted to Directors in the new schemes to replace the options held in the previous schemes. The only changes to the options relate to the extension of the options granted between 2006 and 2014 as detailed above.
