Expected Admission Date

Further to the announcement yesterday,Β that all the resolutions put toΒ yesterday'sΒ general meeting of the Company's shareholders andΒ class meeting of the Company's preference shareholders were passed, Garner announces that completion of the acquisition of Norman BroadbentΒ and admission to trading of the enlarged share capital of the Company to AIMΒ and the cancellation of trading on AIM of the Company's preference share isΒ nowΒ expected to occur at 08.00am on Thursday 4 December 2008.
