Norman Broadbent plc (AIM: NBB), a leading London quoted Executive Search and Interim Management firm offering a diversified portfolio of integrated Leadership Acquisition & Advisory Services, announces the following information relating to directors' disclosure under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
Devyani Vaishampayan, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been a Non-Executive Director of Saietta Group plc since 6 December 2022. On 4 March 2024, Saietta Group plc was placed into administration. The administration proceedings remain ongoing.
