Cancellation of Trading in the Company's Preference Shares

Further to the announcement yesterday and following the passing on 2 December 2008 of the resolutions at a general meeting of the Company's shareholders and a class meeting of the Company's preference shareholders, the Company is pleased to announced the completion of the acquisition of the NB Companies and the admission to trading of the enlarged share capital of the Company to AIM.

The enlarged group now has a total of 34 consultants and over 100 clients, including 14 in the FTSE 250. The Directors believe that it is now one of the largest providers of executive search in the UK.

As set out in the circular to shareholders dated 7 November 2008 (the "Circular"), John Bartle has stepped down as Chairman of the Company but is remaining on the board as the senior non-executive director. Andrew Garner has been appointed Executive Chairman and Sue O'Brien has been made Managing Director of the Company. 

The Company's preference shares have now all been converted into ordinary shares, as set out in the Circular, and trading in the preference shares on AIM has been cancelled.

A total of 32,702,863 ordinary shares of 1 pence each have been issued in respect of the placing and the conversion of the preference shares and the Company's issued share capital is now 70,855,541 ordinary shares of 1 pence each. Admission of the Company's shares is now effective and trading will begin at 8.00am today, 4 December 2008.
