Directorate Changes

The Board of Nautilus Marine Services plc (AIM: NAUT) is pleased to announce that Tedmond Wong and Weston Quasha have been appointed as Non-Executive Directors effective 1 April 2019.

Mr Tedmond Wong has broad investment and M&A experience, holding the position of partner at McLarty Capital Partners UK LLP, overseeing on behalf of its parent firm The Firmament Group, an expansion into and development of its SME strategy for the UK. Mr Wong also has extensive experience in originating, evaluating and executing on debt and equity financings in the US and UK. Mr Wong holds a BA from Harvard and an MBA from the Wharton School of business.

Weston Quasha currently holds executive positions within several organisations including acting as Principal at Quadrant Management Inc. and is currently Chairman and CEO at HKN Inc. and also Chairman of General Flange & Forge LLC. Prior to this, Mr Quasha was Director of North American Investment at Reinet Investments S.C.A.

Tedmond Wong has been appointed to the Board as a representative of McLarty Capital Partners SBIC LP ("McLarty"), a 23.85% shareholder in the Company and member of the concert party in the Company (which in aggregate holds 66.13% of the issued share capital of the Company). Mr Wong is also an employee of McLarty.

Weston Quasha has been appointed to the Board as a representative of HKN Inc. ("HKN"), a 24.39% shareholder in the Company and member of the concert party in the Company (which in aggregate holds 66.13% of the issued share capital of the Company). Mr Quasha is currently a director of HKN and is affiliated with other companies that are members of the concert party in the Company.

The following information regarding the appointment of Tedmond Yu-Han Wong, aged 34, is disclosed under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Tedmond Wong has no shareholding in the Company.

The following information regarding the appointment of Weston William Quasha, aged 36, is disclosed under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Weston Quasha has no shareholding in the company.

There are no further disclosures required under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
