Nasstar PLC15 December 2006 Nasstar Plc Total Voting Rights and Issued Share Capital 15 December 2006 In accordance with the transitional provisions of the Disclosure andTransparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority, the Company confirmsthat, as at the date of this announcement, its issued share capital comprises14,471,428 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each. All of the Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights, and none of the OrdinaryShares are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company istherefore 14,471,428. The figure of 14,471,428 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Companyunder the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
