Nasstar PLC23 June 2006 Apcoa Parking Extend Outsourcing Contract with Nasstar to 5 years Nasstar plc ("Nasstar" or "the Company"), which supplies business software overthe internet, today announces that Apcoa Parking (UK) Limited ("Apcoa"), aleading parking services company, has entered into an agreement to extend theiroutsourcing contract with Nasstar to a 5 year contract. The contract will nowrun until June 2010. Under the terms of the contract Nasstar hosts Apcoa's corebusiness applications including email, HR, accounts, customer relationshipmanagement software and their bespoke parking software. The contract generatesover £106,000 per annum of revenue for Nasstar. Charles Black, Chief Executive of Nasstar said "We are delighted Apcoa have chosen to extend their contract with us. This provides Apcoa with great flexibility asthey have staff in over 90 locations across the UK. As our service is hosted anddelivered over the Internet, deployment and support of the service is efficientand scalable. Our systems are staffed by engineers 247 and under the ServiceLevel Agreement changes such as adding new users are done within 2 hours.
