Director Shareholding

Nasstar, the cloud service provider, has today been notified that Nick Bate, a Non-executive Director of the Company, has today acquired 750,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 6.5p per share as a result of which his holding now stands at 750,0000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.2 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. The shares are registered jointly with Nick Bate's spouse, Angela Jane Bate.
