Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Company, as previously announced in the Notice of Annual General Meeting which was posted to shareholders on 20 May 2021, will be held on Wednesday, 23 June 2021 at midday.

Due to current UK Government guidance and regulations in relation to Covid-19, and in order to protect shareholders, the venue of the Annual General Meeting will now be Bradley Court, Hermitage, Thatcham, RG18 9XZ and the Annual General Meeting will be held as a closed meeting with only the Chairman and one other shareholder in attendance at the meeting (in order to form the minimum necessary quorum). Regrettably, no other shareholders will be permitted to attend the meeting. The voting results of all resolutions put before the Annual General Meeting will be announced to the market following the meeting.

Shareholders are therefore strongly encouraged to appoint the Chairman of the Annual General Meeting as their proxy with their voting instructions as soon as possible and in any event by no later than midday on 21 June 2021.
