("Nanoco" or the "Company")
Block Listing Application
The Company announces that application has been made to the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange plc for the block admission of up to 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). These Ordinary Shares will be available to be issued to satisfy the exercise of options under the terms of the Nanoco Long Term Incentive Plan to certain existing employees of the Company.
All Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the Nanoco Long Term Incentive Plan will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares. It is expected that the block admission will become effective on 17 December 2012.
