Director / PDMR Shareholdings
The interests of the Directors in the Company following admission today of 37,142,857 new ordinary shares is detailed in the table below:

Finally, former director Edward Andrews' shareholding remains unchanged following admission, at 3,570,000 Ordinary Shares and representing 5.17 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
Upon Admission, the number of shares in issue in the Company will be 69,018,425.
