Highams Systems Services Group PLC28 June 2005 HIGHAMS SYSTEMS SERVICES GROUP PLC28 JUNE 2005 Highams Systems Services Group PLC ("the Company") The Company has today been informed by the Highams Systems Services GroupEmployee Share Benefit Trust ("the Trust") that the Trust today bought 35,000ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at a price of 5.25p per share.Accordingly, the Trust now holds 183,953 ordinary shares in the Companyrepresenting 0.57% of the Company's issued share capital. The following directors of the Company have a non-beneficial interest in theTrust as trustees.
