MySQUAR Limited ("MySQUAR" or the "Company")

Loan Facility Repayment

MySQUAR, the Myanmar-language social media and entertainment platform whose principal activity is to design, develop and commercialise Myanmar-focused internet-based mobile applications, is pleased to announce that it has repaid in full the amount outstanding under the loan facility ("Facility") provided by Rising Dragon Singapore Pte Ltd, ("Rising Dragon Singapore").

The Company's cash balances in the last few months (July and August) were significantly higher than the projected balances because the per-user cost of user acquisition and the cash used for operating expenses were considerably lower than had been anticipated. The Company's independent directors, having already approved the repayment of US$670,000 to Rising Dragon Singapore as described in the Company's Admission Document dated 29 June 2015, therefore consider that it is in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders to utilise available cash resources to repay the balance of the remaining outstanding amount drawn down under the Facility, being US$256,688, saving the Company unnecessary interest expense.

The interest rate payable on further drawdowns under the facility is 12 per cent. per annum, payable monthly in advance and the Company expects to utilise the Facility as appropriate as it continues to grow its user base and progress the monetisation of its platform. The Company intends to use the Facility on a revolving basis which may include future drawdowns and repayments in accordance to the terms of the Facility.
