Further instructions for AGM
MYSALE Group plc ("MYSALE" or the "Company"), an Australian headquartered online off-price retail platform, today announces that, further to the announcement on 4 November 2021 containing notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on Monday 29 November 2021, the Company is providing further instructions to shareholders wishing to attend the AGM virtually.
The Board would like to remind shareholders that in order to vote at the AGM, votes may only be cast in person, by proxy or by corporate representative at the venue of the AGM in person. The Board therefore strongly encourages all shareholders who cannot attend in person to follow the instructions for appointing a proxy as are set out in the AGM notice.
In addition, the Company is also offering shareholders the option to virtually attend the AGM remotely by a Zoom webinar and conference call facility that can be accessed from any computer with internet services or through a telephone (mobile or landline). Please note however that this facility will be used solely to allow shareholders not attending in person to listen in to the proceedings.
Shareholders will not be able to vote at the AGM if they attend via the Zoom webinar or conference call.
In addition to appointing a proxy, should shareholders wish to submit questions, these need to be submitted via email to shareholder.notifications@mysale.com by 21:00 AEDT (10:00 GMT) on Friday 26 November to be valid for the AGM.
In order to register to attend the AGM virtually, please email MatsWeiss@mysale.com by 21:00 ADT (10:00 GMT) on Friday 26 November with your request and confirming who will attend.
