Resignation of CFO
MYSALE Group plc (AIM: MYSL), announces that Mats Weiss, Chief Financial and Operating Officer, has resigned with immediate effect for personal reasons.
The Board will begin a formal process to identify and appoint a successor. In the meantime, Winky Sarwana, Group Financial Controller will take on the duties as interim Chief Financial Officer to the Group.
Carl Jackson, Executive Chairman of MYSALE, commented:
"I would like to thank Mats for his hard work with the MYSALE business. He was part of the team that helped steer the repositioning to our ANZ First, marketplace-focused strategy and strengthen the Group's finance function. We wish him well for his future endeavours."
