Executive Share Dealing

MySale Group plc (the "Company") was informed on 23 December 2014 that on 22 and 23 December 2014 Carl Jackson, the chief executive officer and a member of the board of the Company, purchased a total of 3,745,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") for a total consideration of £2,992,898.90 at an average of approximately 79.92 pence per Share.

Following these transactions, Carl Jackson is now interested in 3,745,000 Shares, representing approximately 2.49% of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
