Acquisition of Online Retail Business - update
MySale Group plc (AIM:MYSL) (the Company) the leading online retailer with established international flash sales websites, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement of 1 October 2015, the Company has now exchanged contracts to acquire the trade and assets of three online consumer retail businesses from Grays eCommerce Group Limited in Australia. Completion of the acquisition shall take place on 31 January 2016.
