In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, at 28 February 2025, the total number of Ordinary shares of 5p of the Company in issue was 595,303,332 with each share holding one voting right. 

There are 51,756,683 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure (595,303,332) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
