In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that it has been advised that Steve Le Page, a non-executive director of the Company, is a non-executive director and audit committee chairman of Apax Global Alpha Limited, which was admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities on 15 June 2015.
