Board changes

MedicX Fund (LSE: MXF), the specialist primary care infrastructure investor in modern, purpose-built, primary healthcare properties in the United Kingdom, today announces the appointment of Steve Le Page to the Board as a non-executive director.

Until last year, Steve Le Page was an audit partner and the senior partner for PwC's practice in the Channel Islands. He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor.

The Company also confirms that Christopher Bennett has announced his intention to retire from the Board with effect from 10 December 2014, following the publication of the Group's results for the year ended 30 September 2014. Steve Le Page will then assume the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee from that date.

"We welcome Steve to the Board. His experience gained in the investment fund industry and in leading PWC Channel Islands will be of great value to us as a board. As a recent audit partner he is highly qualified to take over the Chairmanship of the Audit Committee.
