Block listing application

MedicX Fund Limited (LSE: MXF), the specialist primary care infrastructure investor in modern purpose-built primary healthcare properties in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, has made an application to the UK Listing Authority for a block listing, for general business purposes, of 23,981,109 ordinary shares of no par value to be admitted to The Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on The London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.

Shares issued under the block listing will be used to satisfy demand that cannot be met through the secondary market and the proceeds of share issuance under the block listing will be used for investment in accordance with the Company's investment policy.

The block listing is expected to become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 16 September 2016.
