("MedicX Fund", "the Fund" or "the Company")
Allotment of scrip shares to Investment Adviser
MedicX Adviser Ltd (the Company's Investment Adviser) elected to participate in the Company's scrip dividend scheme in respect of the March 2012 interim dividend for the quarter ended 31 December 2011, and accordingly was allotted 13,206 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company (the "Shares"). The Shares were sold out of treasury at the previously advised scrip calculation price of 72.25 pence per share.
The acquisition of the Shares brings MedicX Adviser Ltd's total holding in the Company to 1,394,765 shares, representing 0.565% of the Company's total voting rights. The Shares were acquired on 30 March 2012 and rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
