Additional Listing

Application has been made for 156,928 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FSA and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 30 June 2011. The application is being made pursuant to the scrip dividend scheme (the "Scrip Dividend Alternative"), in lieu of cash for the June 2011 interim dividend in respect of the quarter ended 31 March 2011. Elections for a scrip dividend were received in respect of 4.6% of the ordinary shares in issue as at the record date of 20 May 2011. When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
