Additional Listing

Application has been made for 96,957 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FSA and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 31 March 2011. The application is being made pursuant to the scrip dividend scheme (the "Scrip Dividend Alternative"), in lieu of cash for the March 2011 interim dividend in respect of the quarter ended 31 December 2010. Elections for a scrip dividend were received in respect of 3.6% of the ordinary shares in issue as at the record date of 18 February 2011. When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
