Transaction in Own Shares/ Total Voting Rights
The following amendment has been made to the 'Transaction in Own Shares/ Total Voting Rights' announcement released on 10 March 2017 at 10:48 under RNS No 1477Z.
The price per Ordinary Share should have read 1.7349 and not 1.747 as originally published.
All other details remain unchanged.

MXC Capital Limited (AIM: MXCP), the technology focused merchant bank, announces that, pursuant to the share buyback programme (the "Programme") announced on 22 December 2016, it has today purchased 506,000 ordinary shares of no par value each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price per Ordinary Share of 1.7349 pence ("Buyback Shares").
It is intended that the Buyback Shares, along with any other Ordinary Shares purchased by the Company pursuant to the Programme, will be cancelled in due course. Until cancelled, the Buyback Shares will be held in treasury.
Following the purchase of the Buyback Shares, the total number of exercisable voting rights in the Company is 3,386,319,009 (excluding the 2,291,761 Ordinary Shares held in treasury). This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation), the schedule below contains detailed information about the purchases made by JM Finn & Co on behalf of the Company as part of the Programme.
