2 ergo Group plc02 March 2007 2 March 2007 2ergo Group plc ("2ergo" or "the Company" or "the Group") Director Shareholding 2ergo announces that on 2 March 2007, Mr. Barry Sharples and Mr. Neale Graham,both Executive Directors of the Company, each transferred 874,122 OrdinaryShares into trusts, each representing 2.9% of the issued share capital of theCompany. Neither Mr. Sharples nor Mr. Graham has a beneficial interest in the shares heldby the aforementioned trusts. In addition, neither is a trustee of those trusts. Following these transactions Mr Sharples and Mr Graham each have a beneficialinterest in 4,797,711 Ordinary Shares .
