Directorate Change

The Company announces that, further to the recent disposal of its operating subsidiary and reclassification as an Investing Company for the purposes of AIM Rule 15, Neale Graham's role has been made redundant and as a consequence he has ceased to be a director of the Company with immediate effect.

The ongoing Board of Directors thank Mr Graham for his efforts and wish him every success in the future.
