Significant Contract Win
2ergo secures deal with major US mobile operator
2ergo, the AIM listed provider of convergent mobile communication solutions, today announces a significant contract win with one of the US's largest mobile network operators for the provision of mobile marketing and mobile CRM services, which further underpins the Group's progress in the US and provides a strong foundation for continued growth in that region.
Under the terms of the agreement, 2ergo will supply this major telecoms operator with a total solution encompassing technology, messaging and value added services to enable the client to further improve the way it plans and executes its campaigns to deliver maximum results from highly targeted promotions.
2ergo's total solution is expected to increase marketing results and create more time for staff to launch campaign activity whilst managing communications effectively across different time zones and staggering the rate of subsequent inbound responses. The mobile operator is also expected to benefit from increased customer satisfaction through the timely delivery of customer service announcements.
