DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
Modern Water plc (AIM: MWG), a provider of leading water technologies for the production of fresh water and monitoring of water quality, announces that Mike Townend, a non-executive director of the Company, has today transferred 142,033 ordinary shares of his existing shareholding in the Company into his personal pension account for no consideration.
There is no change in the beneficial ownership of these ordinary shares, and Mr Townend's holding in ordinary shares in the Company, as defined by the AIM Rules, remains unchanged as a result of the transfer at 575,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.97 per cent of the Company's share capital.
