The Company announces in accordance with AIM Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies that it has been informed today by Dr Piers Clark, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, that Bactest Limited, a private company of which Dr Clark is Chairman, entered into liquidation on 9 May 2018.
