Share Sale
MVIL announces that it has been advised that two shareholders of the Company have sold, in aggregate, 20,459,854 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 107.5p pence per Ordinary Share (the "Sale Shares") (the "Sale").
The Sale Shares represent approximately 36.6 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. The Company is not a party to the Sale and will not receive any proceeds from the Sale.
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of the UK version of EU Regulation 596/2014 which forms part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended ("MAR"), and is disclosed in accordance with the Company's obligations under MAR.
