Issue of Equity under DRIS

The Board of Molten Ventures VCT plc (the "Company") announces that, on 25 April 2025, it allotted 438,011 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in respect of Shareholders who agreed to subscribe for shares under the terms of the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Scheme ("DRIS") in respect of the dividend of 1p per Ordinary Share paid on 25 April 2025. The shares were issued at 41.74 p per share (being the latest published unaudited adjusted net asset value)

The allotment of shares will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares.

The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 291,135,171 Ordinary Shares.

The above figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Molten Ventures VCT plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Application for the Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity. Dealings are expected to commence on or around 2 May 2025.
