Mulberry Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 25 September 2023 it received notification from Thierry Andretta, Chief Executive Officer, that on 21 September 2023 he purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 195 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Thierry Andretta is interested in 58,689 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1 per cent. of the Ordinary Shares in issue;
