Grant of Options
Further to its announcement on 9 July 2024, Mulberry Group plc ("Mulberry" or the "Company") is pleased to confirm that Andrea Baldo has joined the Company as Chief Executive Officer and as a Director.
Mulberry also confirms that, further to the announcement on 2 August 2024, the average closing price of a Mulberry ordinary share of 5 pence ("Ordinary Share") on the business days falling during the period of one calendar month prior to 1 September 2024 was 111.5p and, accordingly, this is the exercise price for the options over 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares referred to in that announcement.
Following the grant of these options, Andrea Baldo's beneficial interest in the Company consists of 3,000,000 unvested options under the Company's 2008 Unapproved Share Option Scheme.
