Total Voting Rights

Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, announces that at 28 May 2021, the Company's capital consisted of 28,251,059 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. 

Pursuant to the announcements of the Company on 26 May 2021, application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 2,800,800 Firm Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (the "Firm Application"). Admission of the Firm Placing Shares to trading on AIM is expected to become effective and dealings in such shares are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 2 June 2021 ("First Admission").

Following the First Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights will be 31,051,859. Mattioli Woods does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The figure of 31,051,859 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
