Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, announces that on 18 September 2023, a total of 17,500 options with an exercise price of 1 pence ("Nominal Cost Options") were exercised into ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Mattioli Woods 2021 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") by Ian Mattioli, Michael Wright and Ravi Tara.
It is expected that Michael Wright and Ravi Tara will sell shares to cover the tax charge from exercising the options. A further announcement will be made in due course in the event of any share sale by a Director or PDMR.
The resultant interests in nominal cost options for Ian Mattioli, Michael Wright and Ravi Tara are as follows:
