Mountview Estates plc (LSE: MTVW) announces that the Company has been informed that the Trustees of the F & D Sinclair Grandchildren's Settlement ("the Trust"), a member of the Sinclair Family Concert Party, has transferred 56,402 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on 5 February 2024 to a nominee for the underlying beneficiary of the shareholding in the Trust.
