Mountview Estates Plc (LSE: MTVW) announces that Mhairi Archibald, a non-executive director, informed the Company today that she purchased 300 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company on 21 July 2022 at a price of £133.00 per share.
Following this transaction, Ms Archibald's total beneficial interest in the Company will be 400 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.01 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
