Statement re: Recent Press Speculation

Motive notes the recent press speculation regarding the disposal of its trading subsidiary, Brown Eyed Boy Limited ("BEB").
The Company can confirm that it is at an advanced stage of discussions with Shine Group which may or may not lead to the sale of BEB. To the extent that these discussions are successful a further announcement will be made by the Company.
It is expected that, in accordance with the AIM Rules, the disposal of BEB will require Shareholder approval.
