Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company was informed today that Paul Jackson, a director of Capcon, acquired 300,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company on 23 July 2009 at a price of 6p per share. This transaction has been announced earlier today pursuant to Takeover Code Rule 8.1. Following the transaction, Paul Jackson is interested in 743,604 ordinary shares equivalent to approximately 6.37 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
