Total Voting Rights
The Company issued and allotted 139,090,690 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 7 pence per new ordinary share, pursuant to a placing for cash on 29 April 2013.
Following the issue of the new ordinary shares there are 968,833,793 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the company is therefore 968,833,793 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Metals Exploration plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
