Directorship Change
The Company announces that Mr Ian Holzberger has communicated to the Company his intention to stand down as Executive Chairman but will remain involved in the Runruno project as Non-Executive Chairman. The Company has commenced a search for a Chief Executive Officer and is in advanced discussions with a potential candidate.
The Company will inform the market when an appointment is made.
