Rhone Capital LLC ("Rhone Capital") is pleased to announce the successful placement (the 'Placing') of 4,847,079 ordinary shares of 50 pence each (the 'Shares') in the capital of Mothercare plc ("Mothercare" or the "Company"), representing its entire holding of ordinary shares in the Company.
J.P. Morgan Cazenove Limited ('J.P. Morgan Cazenove') acted as Sole Bookrunner in the Placing.
