The Company announces that it was informed that on 22 October 2021, Charlotte Twyning, Non-executive Director, bought (i) 4,835 Ordinary Shares of 160/21 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 161.07 pence per share, (ii) 1,264 Ordinary Shares at a price of 161.086 pence per share, (iii) 386 Ordinary Shares at a price of 161.09 pence per share, and (iv) 385 Ordinary Shares at a price of 161.1145 pence per share. Following this transaction, Ms Twyning now holds an interest of 70,246 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.0016% of the issued share capital of the Company.
