Melrose Industries PLC (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility in accordance with Article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596/EU) ("MAR")
The Company announces that it was informed that Justin Dowley, Non-executive Chairman, bought 11,908 Ordinary Shares of 160/21 pence each in the Company, in accordance with the terms of the Melrose Dividend Reinvestment Plan. These shares were purchased on 25 October 2022 at a price of 103.2 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Dowley now holds an interest of 1,523,844 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.038% of the issued share capital of the Company.
