Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility in accordance with Article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596/EU) ("MAR")
The Company announces that it has been informed that on 20 April 2023, Alice Dilnot, the wife of the Chief Operating Officer, Peter Dilnot, purchased 32,111 Ordinary Shares of 160/7 pence in the Company at a price of 379.84 pence per share. These shares were purchased pursuant to a determination of the Remuneration Committee on 1 March 2023 (made in accordance with the terms of the bonus deferral scheme in the Directors' Remuneration Policy) that 50% of the 2022 annual bonus (post-tax) awarded to the Chief Operating Officer, Peter Dilnot, would be required to be deferred into Ordinary shares of the Company for a period of two years.
Following this transaction, Mr Dilnot and persons closely associated with him hold an interest of 65,444 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.00484% of the issued share capital of the Company.
