Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR")
Marks Electrical Group plc ("Marks Electrical", "the Company" or "the Group"), a fast-growing online electrical retailer, today announces that Josh Egan, Chief Financial Officer of the Group, sold 75,130 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Share") at a price of 70 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr Egan also purchased 83,130 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each at a price of 70.05 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the sales and purchase, Josh Egan's beneficial interest in the Company has increased from 142,000* Ordinary Shares to an aggregate of 150,000* Ordinary Shares.
* 2,000 ordinary shares are held by Mariam Egan.
